Review
Kuhl has been delivering finely crafted clothing for decades, and the silencr kargo shorts are a great option for those of us looking for a versatile shorts that can be worn on outdoor activities or around town.

I ordered my normal size (32) and these fit true to size, and if you want a looser fit go up a size if needed. They also come in three different inseam options(8, 10, and 12). I love all the storage options with the drop in cell phone pocket and zippered side pocket you get additional storage similar to a traditional cargo shorts but in a minimalistic sleek design.
There’s plenty of storage with deep side pockets as well and 2 slit back pockets, I prefer to keep my wallet in the zippered cargo pocket, which fit perfectly. While hiking I went through some thick brush areas, and the ripstop nylon did its job, the shorts did not tear.
I appreciate the soft feel of these shorts, they are stretchy so you’ll have good mobility in whatever activity you’re wearing them for. If you’re out in the rain or mountain biking through some puddles on the trail, don’t worry these shorts will repel water and keep you dry. While they don’t feel particularly thin, I was happily surprised by how cool(no pun intended) I felt in these shorts on ascents in warm climates.
These shorts are perfect for walking around town, they’re comfortable and stylish, so don’t think they will just fit in for your outdoor activities only, they’ll go from the mountains to the patio for dinner with ease.
